48-Hour Notice of Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made no later than 48 hours before your billing date to avoid being charged for an additional month.
Required Client Actions: To finalize your cancellation, you must:
1. Confirm Export Options: Choose whether you need an export of your website or related data.
2. Decide on Final Billing: Indicate whether you will require one final billing month to complete migration or handover procedures.
Automatic Rebill Policy: If a cancellation request is made but the required decisions are not provided before the billing date:
- The subscription will renew for one final month at the full subscription amount.
- During this time, you will retain access to our services to manage your migration.
- The subscription will be set to cancel at the end of this final month.
File Export and Migration Support:

We will provide necessary exports within 72 hours of your decision.
Our responsibility is limited to providing the requested export and removing files from our system. The export is delivered “as-is.”
